Reporting to the Director, RNPH Outpatient, you will perform duties as a clinical psychologist related to delivering care and managing the Adult OCD IOP program. Your role is for a key therapist in a dynamic program treating treatment-resistant OCD in adults. You will be part of a team of psychiatrists, psychologist, and LCSWs working together to employ multiple modalities to treat patients with OCD. Duties will include but not limited to:
• Provide supervision and teaching to psychiatry fellows, psychology graduate students, interns, postdoctoral fellows, psychiatry residents, and medical students.
• Serve as Psychologist in Adult OCD IOP.
• Conduct initial psychiatric assessments (diagnostic, psychosocial and behavioral) for patients in Adult OCD IOP.
• Treat patients using cognitive behavioral therapy or other appropriate and indicated therapeutic techniques.
• Provide presentations to various community agencies in order to increase education and awareness about childhood psychiatric disorders.
• Assist in program meeting all policies and procedures of the RNPH
• Ensure all RNPH billing practices are followed
• Assist in managing admissions and discharges for ABC PHP/IOP as needed
Hourly Salary Range: $58.36 - $76.98
Bargaining Unit: HX - UPTE

Licensed Psychologst in CA
Experience with CBT and ERP
Experience with intensive treatment setting preferred
