Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Vascular Lab supervisor, the Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologist will perform and interpret tests. Supervisor and/or vascular surgery attending physicians will provide on-site guidance. Technologist reviews and interprets tests in accordance with criteria established within the Vascular Laboratory and IAC standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Taking history and conducting brief physical of patient
  • Performing non-invasive vascular testing
  • Providing appropriate explanation of procedures to referring physicians and patients.  
Salary range: $55.94- $73.81

Job Qualifications

  • BLS from the American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA)
  • ARDMS RVT Eligible
  • 2- 3 years experience preferred
  • Must have at least one-year’s experience in an acute hospital lab setting.
