The Senior Echocardiographic Technician produces diagnostic images using ultrasound equipment. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic procedures, training staff, maintaining quality control, participating in and facilitating meetings. The role involves rotation, supply monitoring, operating information systems, accurate billing, and record maintenance. The technician ensures a clean, safe work area, assists with data collection, and adheres to schedules and patient care standards.
Salary Range: $58.53 to $77.26 Hourly
Job Qualifications

- ARDMS or CCI certification (Adult Echo) – required
- At least 3 years of Adult Echo experience – required
- BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross – required
- Ability to scan in appropriate fashion, depicting all views of areas consistent with appropriate diagnostic requirements for appropriate age of patient
- Ability to push heavy equipment to do portable studies
· Ability to detect lethal diagnostic information that should be considered emergent and communicate with the appropriate entities.
