Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As the Manager over the WaveMark Interventional and Radiology supplies across both Westwood and Santa Monica campuses, you will oversee teams that manage the respective supply chain, including their respective par management, and resolution of issues identified in the Wavemark activity dashboards. You will also be responsible for assisting in the research of patient billing reconciliation issues.

 

Additionally, you will oversee the fulfillment and management of non-WaveMark procedural supplies for the Ronald Reagan inpatient and outpatient MPUs, and Westwood General Radiology, Ultrasound, CSIR, CT, MRI, PICC Team, and Breast Imaging supplies. At the UCLA Santa Monica campus, you will oversee the non-WaveMark inventory supplies for the MRI, General radiology, CT, Ultrasound, and the PICC team. Once a year, you will help coordinate the supply audit by external auditors over 387 supply ordering locations.

 

 

Job Duties: 

  • Ensure that your teams order, receive, RFID tag, stock, and track critical procedural supplies throughout the Wavemark areas. 
  • Oversee the analyses to support par management and optimization.
  • Coordinate efforts with the clinical staff to reconcile patient billing anomalies.
  • Coordinate and participate in multi-disciplinary teams to identify and address interface or technology issues. 
  • Optimize procedures and workflows to best utilize resources. 
  • Manage HR responsibilities over staff activities, including hiring, the creation of schedules, and any counseling.

 

Salary: $83,800- $179,400 Annually

Job Qualifications

  • Must have 3-years’ experience managing an RFID or Wavemark platform.
  • Must have 3-years’ experience in a procedural area Leadership role.
  • Must have a minimum of 5-years’ experience in a supply chain environment.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office.
  • Must possess strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Lawson is preferred.
  • Experience in reconciling patient supply charges preferred.
