Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Fellowship Coordinator oversees all aspects of nine fellowship programs, including the Interventional Radiology-Integrated Residency Program and three programs accredited by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).


In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of these programs, serving as a key liaison between attending physicians, fellows, and institutional/regulatory offices. 


Key responsibilities include:


  • Coordinating the recruitment and selection of fellows
  • Managing HR processes, such as requesting medical staff and billing privileges
  • Assisting with budget management for 30-32 fellows and the residency program

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure the smooth running of the fellowship programs.


Salary: $32.76 - $49.65 hourly  

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an office environment.
  • Demonstrated skill in program planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of programs. 
  • Working knowledge of overall goals and functions of the Fellowship program.
  • Working knowledge of the various benefit programs offered through the University.
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer in a LAN environment, with expertise in Windows software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and scheduling tools.
    Strong ability to navigate the internet to gather essential data and information.
  • Proficiency in utilizing University Financial and Payroll systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard university forms and processing procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, administer, and evaluate programs effectively.
