Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Nursing Innovation Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the identification of institutional needs, strategy development, and clinical implementation of new technology across nursing workflows and clinical practice. 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic, administrative, and day-to-day operational support for nursing-related innovation at UCLA Health
  • Leading nursing initiatives to identify, develop, pilot, and scale internal and externally sourced innovative best practices and technology across the patient care continuum
  • Collaborating and partnering with Operations, IT, Finance, Patient Experience, Patient Access, and Population Health departments; DGSOM departments; School of Nursing; UCLA campus partners; and industry partners to meet UCLA Health innovation goals

Salary range: $112,900-$256,900 Annually

Job Qualifications

We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with: 
  • MSN or BSN with a Masters in a related field, required 
  • Current CA RN License, required
  • Previous experience working in innovation/bio-design environment, required
  • At least 5 years of RN experience, required
