Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Office Manager for the Faculty Practice Group, the Mailroom Assistant provides essential support across all departments, including front desk operations, document scanning, and mail correspondence (including LockBox processing). This role is also responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring supply cabinets are stocked, and monitoring suites to ensure toner availability. Additionally, the Mailroom Assistant will utilize CareConnect for Claims Mail Documentation research as needed and process Claims and documents mail outs as requested. 


Salary Range: $25.60 - $36.33 Hourly

Job Qualifications

  • Previous mail room experience required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in MSOffice
  • Knowledge of billing information and claim forms
  • Previous experience working in the Care Connect System
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
  • Organized and detailed orientated
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced department
  • Ability to handle concurrent tasks and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous front office experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
