As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise the daily operations of the Flow Cytometry Lab, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.
• Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists and Hospital Lab Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Manage vendor relationships and laboratory contracts to support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Pathologists on patient cases to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes.
Salary Range: $112,900.00 - $250,600.00/year

• Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience in Flow Cytometry.
• Prior experience in leading and directing a team is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.
• Must pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation.
