Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Join the heart of the action as a Hospitality Assistant on our Office of Patient Experience team! Be the first friendly face our visitors see as you welcome them, assist with check-ins, and guide them through our facilities. You'll be stationed at key locations like the Information Desk and Surgical Lounge, working side-by-side with security, admissions, and nursing staff to ensure every patient and family feels supported from the moment they arrive.

Salary Range: 32.36-32.36/hr 


This is an "as needed" per diem position; schedule and working hours will vary. May convert to Career.


Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience required, preferably in a hospitality or healthcare setting

  • Spanish fluency preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including:

    • Professionalism 

    • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

  • Proficiency with computers and ability to accurately use medical record and visitor management systems

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
