Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $92,600 to $202,200 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $145,000 to $160,000 annually.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5-10 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Healthcare marketing experience with a focus on clinical service line promotion, patient acquisition, and healthcare delivery required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a hospital, health system, academic medical center, or healthcare organization supporting clinical operations and patient care initiatives
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and execution
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a healthcare organization
  • Ability to confidently and competently navigate a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced ability to translate business goals into strategic marketing plans
  • Advanced ability to provide input to market research, including competitive benchmarking and audience studies used to inform decisions regarding customer targeting
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • International marketing experience is strongly preferred
