Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under supervision of the P.I. and an appointed SRA, assist in developing computational models for text data and proteomic data for computation and proteomics data analytics in the Cardiovascular Data Science Lab. Assist in design, execution and troubleshoot analysis workflow. Assist in maintaining excellent, comprehensive, written laboratory records in standard English. Participate in shared lab upkeep duties with other lab members. Work cooperatively with other lab personnel. Work safely as instructed by the PI.
