We’re seeking a Clinical Research Supervisor to lead and manage clinical trials involving human subjects. This role ensures compliance with protocols and regulations, oversees day-to-day trial operations, and supervises research staff. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide protocol implementation, monitor budgets, and support data management and reporting. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership skills, clinical research experience, and a proactive approach to ensuring quality and compliance across studies. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in clinical research coordination, including a minimum of 2 years in a direct supervisory role within clinical research.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full annual salary range for this position is $92,600.00 - $202,200.00.

Required:
