Primary Duties and Responsibilities


We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to fill the role of Advanced Imaging Scheduler and PET/CT Coordinator in our outpatient center serving the Santa Clarita, San Fernando, and Conejo Valley regions. As the Administrative Assistant III (AA3) you will be responsible for coordinating advanced imaging services for all referring offices in the area with a specific focus on PET/CT procedures. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, patient coordination, and front-end processes.

·         Reception duties include the registration/arrival of patients; obtain clinical information pertinent to the scheduled exams; collect cash/insurance and authorization information.

·         Digital Librarian duties include digitization of hardcopy images; create hardcopy and/or CDs of images; retrieve comparison studies; uploading cd’s and processing LILA’s. 

·         Scheduling duties are as required all imaging modality appointments and include prioritization of add-on, rescheduling and cancellation requests

The AA3 demonstrates maximum flexibility and multitasking capabilities while possessing the ability to rotate to existing Radiology Areas in Santa Monica.

Salary Range: $28.23 - $40.44 Hourly
