Primary Duties and Responsibilities

In this role you will work within the CNA scope of practice, you will assist patients with admission procedures, during transfer procedures, with discharge procedures; provide for patients' personal hygiene; assist with patients' excretory needs, meals and in providing for patient safety and comfort measures. You may also provide clerical support to the designated unit.


This position floats to various units within the hospital locations below based on the patient census and the skills of the Administrative Clinical Care Partner/CNA/Staff:

  • Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center
  • UCLA Santa Monica
  • UCLA West Valley Medical Center

Job Qualifications

We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated professional with:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA) OR transcripts from your current enrollment in a BSN/MSN program with at least one completed Med Surg rotation, required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, required
