Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Serving at UCLA Health will give you the opportunity to use your specialized abilities to help improve the lives of our patients, their families, and your fellow UCLA Health team members. You’ll provide critical support that makes healing happen. We’d love to have you join us.

The Radiology Accreditation Supervisor for Breast Imaging oversees all regulatory and accreditation processes for mammography clinics, ensuring compliance with MQSA, ACR and state standards to avoid operational disruptions. You are responsible for clinical oversight, quality assurance, protocol development, staff training and workflow optimization across multiple UCLA Health locations (Encino, Downtown, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake and future locations). In this role you will serve as a liaison between technologists, radiologists, regulatory bodies and system vendors (e.g., MagView, Radiant), while also participating in hiring, onboarding and clinical imaging during staffing shortages. As the supervisor you are expected to also perform advanced mammography procedures, manage EQUIP requirements and lead quality improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, technical expertise, regulatory knowledge and the ability to coordinate across departments are essential for success in this high impact role.
