The Nurse Services Supervisor 2 is responsible for supporting the clinical management and administration of the Burn Center. The Nurse Services Supervisor 2 applies the nursing process to promote competency assessment, continuing education and leadership development of Burn nurses, Burn Technicians and ancillary staff in the Burn Center. In addition, as a role model of professional behavior, the Nurse Services Supervisor 2 creates a professional nursing climate within the Burn Center to meet the diverse needs of the unit.
Salary Range: $61.54-$142.77

BLS for Healthcare Providers ACLS, PALS
5 years recent acute care experience and progressive leadership positions required
Certified Burn Registered Nurse or Certified Critical Registered Nurse preferred, Advanced Burn Life Support, Advanced Burn Life Support Instructor Certification preferred Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 24 months
Bachelors in Nursing required, Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred or Bachelors in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Organizational Leadership (MOL), Healthcare Leadership preferred
