Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality respiratory care across a diverse patient population. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver both routine and advanced respiratory therapy to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
* Provide care in critical care environments, including the Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Emergency Department, and other high-acuity areas.
* Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response and code teams.
* Rotate through various departments within the Health System as needed to support patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule:
* May include rotating day and night shifts.
* Flexibility to work in any area of the Health System is required.
The pay range is $48.53 /hour - $64.03 /hour
Job Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
- AA/AS Degree, Graduate of AMA Approved 2-Year Respiratory Therapy Program
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or similar- preferred
- Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Licenses/Certifications:
- RCP State License in the state of California
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) (American Heart Association only)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Preferred/Required for NICU
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS/ALS)- preferred
