The Semel Institute is seeking a Staff Research Associate to support investigators and clinical teams in the implementation of research activities. Responsibilities include assisting with research procedures such as online literature searches, developing and formatting study materials and forms, coordinating data management activities, and supporting overall project organization. The role also serves as a liaison between clinical staff, including trainees, and the research team to facilitate effective collaboration and smooth study operations.
*This is a 50% part-time limited position which may convert to career*
Hourly range: $27.85-$33.21

Required:
- Ability to perform tasks in an efficient, well-organized and timely manner with minimal level of supervision
- Skill in setting priorities, follow through on assigned tasks and adhering to deadlines
- Skill in working independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to present research data
- Experience in research
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, with staff, researchers, and research subjects at various organizational, cultural and educational levels
- Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish
