Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Sponsorship and Community Project Manager to be part of our UCLA Health Marketing Partnerships team. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee a broad range of project management functions for the UCLA Health Marketing Partnerships team
  • Manage the full cycle of project plans with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Create and manage a high volume of diverse projects, tracking progress and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead coordination of the Health System’s sponsorship committee, ensuring all sponsorship requests, deliverables, and projects are completed accurately and on time
  • Support event planning and operations for corporate and community partnership events at both enterprise and market levels
  • Handle procurement of event materials, volunteer communication and management, vendor relationships, and event attendance
  • Track and report event data and other relevant metrics
  • Assist with regional community outreach and market development efforts to increase brand, clinic, and enterprise awareness
  • Build and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to support outreach and marketing goals
Salary Range: $95,400 - $208,300/annually

Job Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented, interpersonal individual with:

  • 5 or more years of project management experience in marketing and/or healthcare, required
  • Project Management Certification (PMP), highly desired 
  • Advanced expertise in project management principles, methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency with leading project management tools and software, such as Workfront and Asana
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and assess their relevance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges effectively
  • Flexibility and willingness to work off-site events, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to travel to partnership events and represent the organization professionally
  • Proven capability in conceptualizing and planning projects across diverse scopes and scales
  • Strong public speaking and professional and professional writing skills to effectively convey ideas and updates
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Experience in tracking project progress and communicating outcomes clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage to multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity
  • Solid understanding of how individual projects align with and support broader departmental and organizational objectives
  • Event planning experience is highly desirable
