Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Business Office. In this role, you will manage and advance a variety of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support the department’s mission. Primary duties include:

Coordinating and implementing program and project activities, such as assessments, organizational changes, and process improvement initiatives.

Developing program and project materials, including SOPs, templates, presentations, website content, and social media content.

Assisting with the implementation and development of new processes, systems, and dashboards.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Salary Range: $70,900.00/year - $145,200.00/year

Note: This is a limited position. May convert to career. 


Job Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project/program coordination, process improvement initiatives, and/or implementing new processes and systems.

Experience with project management tools, such as Gannt Charts, Project Charters, is highly desirable. 

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
