Our Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Neuropsychologist to join our Operation Mend Program. Operation Mend is part of the Warrior Care Network, a nationally recognized, unique program that provides specialized surgical and psychological care for veterans, service members, and their caregivers. Primary duties include:
- Conduct neuropsychological and psychological evaluations
- Write reports regarding test findings
- Make behavioral and functional recommendations based on test results
- Provide feedback to patients and their families regarding assessment results
- Provide manualized cognitive training to veterans and caregivers
- Supervise neuropsychology trainees, in collaboration with other team neuropsychologists
Job Qualifications

PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
Valid California Psychologist License
Minimum 2 years of postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology
Skills in developing rapport with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
Experience working successfully in a team environment
Ability to work closely with other members of the clinical and research teams
As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
