This internship supports both financial analysis and art program operations withing Real Estate | Planning, Design & Construction department. Responsibilities include data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Assist in preparing financial reports, tracking key performance metrics, and conducting variance analysis, as well as supporting a large-scale art documentation project at the UCLA Health photographing approximately 1,000 pieces, recording key details (such as dimensions, condition, and identifying information), and uploading data into the art database.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization. It offers hands-on experience in financial planning, data management, and arts administration within a healthcare environment.

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Arts Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in both financial and documentation tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ability to handle and document detailed information for large-scale projects
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
