The Department of Medicine is looking to hire a Research Administrative Assistant to support Project Managers and Principal Investigators on various Medicine-Pediatrics projects, including AIR-P, Vaping, and Addiction. In this role, your responsibilities will include creating and distributing program materials, gathering data for funder reports, monitoring social media channels, and managing email communications. Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting ongoing program activities through clerical work and general office tasks as needed. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and communication of our research initiatives.
*Note this is a 25% part-time limited role which may convert to career*
Hourly range: $25.60-$36.33

Required:
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, facsimile machine.
- Previous office experience.
- Experience working independently with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills and editing correspondence and written materials.
- Ability to multi-task under deadline, balance competing priorities and solve problems creatively
- Knowledge of PCs, windows operation system, and related word processing and spreadsheet software (such as MS Word, Access, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents.
Preferred:
- Experience working with underserved populations, such as neurodivergent patients
