Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Hospital Operations of the UCLA Hospital System, you will be responsible for performance improvement project management, complex analyses, and development of organizational policies, procedures, practices, and cost-benefit studies on a Hospital System-wide basis as needed. You will assure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, assist with research, and provide administrative support to Operations as requested. Attendance of various Operations and Departmental meetings is expected to facilitate learning and the Fellow’s overall experience.

Candidates will rank their top choice between the Administrative Fellowship and Administrative Fellowship in Health System Finance programs.

There are 2 available Administrative Fellow positions available. 

Salary range: $96,000 annual


Job Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited program with an MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, MHI, or closely-related graduate program by summer 2025 is required. If the Administrative Fellowship is a credit-bearing component for graduation from a degree program, that is also acceptable.
