Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator assists the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in contributing to the overall operational management of clinical research/trial/study activities. The incumbent recognizes and performs necessary tasks to assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in managing projects and prioritizing work to meet necessary deadlines. The incumbent will support the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in planning and organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study protocol and applicable regulations.

The full hourly salary range for this position is $28.43 - $45.73. Please note that the department's target hourly pay range is $28.43 - $28.99.

Required:

·       Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy

·       Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.

·       Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.

·       Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.

·       Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.
