Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Computational / Data Science professional to support advanced, data-driven research initiatives. This role brings cutting edge computational science into real world clinical research, applying advanced theory and modern IT practices to solve complex scientific challenges. The incumbent will leverage expertise in computer science, data science, and cyberinfrastructure (CI) to design, build, and optimize high impact computational tools, algorithms, and analytical workflows that power innovative research in medicine.

You’ll manage and analyze large datasets and contribute to performance optimization projects that advance scientific discovery. Ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of computation, research, and innovation in medicine.

Salary: $7,950- $17,358.33 monthly 

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Computational / Data Science, or Domain Sciences with computer / computational / data specialization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in computation science, data science, statistics, or related field, with computer, computational, and/or data management experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computational / data science / CI.
  • Advanced skills, and demonstrated experience associated with one or more of the following: computational hardware and software, performance analysis, research, design, implementation and deployment of computational or data science or CI applications and tools.
