At UCLA Health, we are dedicated to excellence in patient care, and we're seeking a talented Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Generalist to join our dynamic team at the Santa Monica Clinical Laboratory. As a CLS Generalist, you will be at the forefront of disease detection, diagnosis, and treatment, playing a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of healthcare. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience across all laboratory benches, honing your skills and expertise in various areas including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, infectious diseases analysis, peripheral blood and body fluid cell morphology, coagulation, and Blood Banking.

Salary Range: $53.31 - $71.04/hour

In addition to a competitive salary range, this position is also eligible for shift differentials and bonus pay.

 

Job Qualifications

Current, California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license

Bachelor’s degree

Must pass the Ishihara Color Vision exam, i.e. visual acuity including color differentiation.
