At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more with a primary focus in oncology patients. Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record; and checking of IV products. Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist interventions).

Schedule: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm (hours may vary based on departmental needs). You are required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health.
Hourly Salary Range: $85.87 - $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary depending on years of experience)
Bargaining Unit: HX-UPTE
Job Qualifications

We are seeking an exceptionally-skilled and compassionate pharmacist with the following qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
- California Pharmacy license
- ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncology
- Recent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years)
- Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred
- Previous infusion pharmacy experience preferred
- EPIC/Beacon experience preferred
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills
- Knowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations
- Required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health
