Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Make a lasting impact: join our dedicated team treating patients enrolled in the Adult Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Patients attend the Adult PHP and IOP for an average of 6-10 weeks to receive treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and thought disorders. They attend up to 5 groups a day and see their primary therapist and psychiatrist at least 1 time a week. 

The Clinical Social Worker is the primary therapist for approximately 6 to 8 patients enrolled in the program. The social worker also facilitates 1-3 groups daily for all patients and the social worker is part of an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and occupational therapists.


CSW 2 salary range: $47.79 - $57.09 Hourly

CSW 3 salary range: $51.94 - $62.08 Hourly


Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Social Welfare from an accredited institution.
  • CA State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible (ACSW). 
  • Experience facilitating group therapy; at least 200 hours of group therapy experience.
  • Knowledge of community resources.
Trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT preferred.
