Graduate Medical Education (GME) is responsible for ensuring compliance with ACGME institutional and program requirements. In collaboration with the GME team, the Data Manager/MedHub Superuser will provide support for the planning and implementation of all GME evaluations and surveys, including the design, deployment, and analysis of current and new instruments. They are able to provide measurement expertise to training program leadership in consideration of the ACGME requirements and milestones. They will provide training for program staff on use of the MedHub residency management system for creating evaluations, reports and other functions relevant to ensuring the validity of data. They will support the GME efforts in managing data input and output from the MedHub system. They must have the ability to work independently and with a team; ability to build, analyze, synthesize, interpret and report on complex psychometric instruments across a variety of settings and stakeholders (e.g., Dean, GME Committee, program and departmental leadership); collaborate with other offices to obtain information and data needed for evaluation and quality improvement functions. The Data Manager/MedHub Superuser must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as effective communication and trust development with faculty, staff, and trainees at DGSOM and affiliate training sites is integral to driving data-informed change. They will be available as needed for collaborative projects with the DGSOM Educational Measurement Unit.
Salary Range: $76200.00 – $158800.00 Annually

Required:
- Ability to conduct data analysis and survey research in an applied setting.
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading to produce reports and data analysis, and to compose and edit information and correspondence.
- Skill in establishing, building and maintaining positive and cooperative working relationships with project stakeholders and colleagues, including diverse body of students, staff, faculty, and community members.
- Experience preparing and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership that will drive institutional change; skill in presenting information to large and small, technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, organize multifaceted projects and develop accurate timelines for completion, and to work effectively with conflicting demands and changing priorities. Skill in managing complex tasks with occasional interruptions and distractions. Ability to work with incomplete information.
- Experience in using R, SPSS, or another statistical software, for descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Advanced technical literacy in the Microsoft environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using visualization software and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in statistics, data science, or related fields with training and experience in statistical research methods and data analysis (Master's degree preferred).
- Aptitude for story-telling and creative display and presentation of data.
- Experience with MedHub or other residency management software platforms for report creation.
- Experience with website developement and maintaince.
- Subject matter expertise in ACGME institutional and common program requirements.
- Experience with data visualization.
