You will serve as the Medical Student/Fellowship Coordinator for the Department of Emergency Medicine, acting as a liaison to students, creating schedules, and coordinating various activities. You will also be responsible for arranging interviews for candidates, scheduling meetings and assisting with projects for multiple fellowships. The Medical Student/Fellowship Coordinator will assist in management of all academic personnel and credentialing processes for the Department of Emergency Medicine, including full-time clinical faculty and voluntary academic appointments.
Salary Range: $32.76 - $49.65/Hourly

Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years experience coordinating an educational program(s) in an academic medical center or other relevant experience.
- Proficient with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office programs, and dean’s office database management programs and web based applications.
- Presents and expresses ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether oral or written. Actively listens to what others are saying to achieve understanding. Shares information with others and facilitates the open exchange of ideas and information.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and responsibly; ability to follow FERPA regulations.
