In this high visibility position, you will answer member phone calls and other inquiries while providing information, resolving problems, and educating patients and staff members. This will involve responding to questions regarding status of referrals, directory assistance or assistance in communicating with a provider. You will:
- Record all calls in the managed care information system
- Work effectively with other staff members
- Adhere to department customer services protocols and greeting scripts
- Follow key customer service concepts
- Help achieve established customer service goals
- Project a consistently professional demeanor
Salary Range: $25.60 - $36.33 Hourly

We’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented individual with:
- Three or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a managed care environment required
- Excellent telephone, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate a wide variety of office equipment
- Ability to utilize our managed care information system
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, time management skills and organizational abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work 8:00am - 5:00pm and occasional overtime
