You will provide age appropriate assessment(s), which includes advanced assessment for specialized patient population(s), and formulate interventions, within the specified time. Identify patient's strengths and problem areas based on evaluation findings, and develop a plan of care that is based on function and is measurable and attainable. Document evaluation findings and treatment plan in patient chart within specified time per written policies, and communicate evaluation findings to interdisciplinary treatment team. Review and revise the treatment plan based on patient's needs, responses and progress, and report ongoing patient progress with multidisciplinary team members. Document ongoing treatment progress and revisions in weekly progress notes and in discharge notes.
Salary range: 71.73-79.68 hourly
Job Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in occupational therapy
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a psychiatric setting
- CA OT License
- BLS from AHA or ARC
