Join the dynamic Pediatrics Department as a Patient Service Supervisor and help drive excellence in patient service and administrative operations for the Children’s Health Center clinic in Westwood. We're looking for a motivated and people-focused team player who brings energy, professionalism, and dedication to our outpatient practice.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of over 20 Patient Service Representatives (PSR), providing oversight, coaching, and support to ensure smooth clinic patient care. In addition to supervisor duties, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison for patients and physicians in the practice and provide comprehensive care coordination to our patients. Under the direction of the Clinic Manager and Director, you will enhance clinic efficiency, develop staff, and continuously improve patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Train, mentor, and evaluate PSR staff to support professional growth and optimize care coordination
- Manage work assignments and staff schedules
- Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth administrative support
- Oversee administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, triaging messages, obtaining authorizations/referrals, and uploading medical records
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and provider engagement
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers to coordinate services and follow-up care
- Refer patients to appropriate internal or external resources and facilitate communication between departments
Salary Range: $30.56-60.82 Hourly
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to qualifications, experience, and equity.

Preferred:
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of specialty practice and workflows, patient related policies and procedures, understanding of the University system and its services/programs.
- Knowledge of hospital computer systems and the various software products to perform administrative work.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the authorization process and managed care programs.
