Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy or occupational therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified. May be required to rotate between clinical areas and will be required to participate in holiday coverage. May be required to participate in weekend coverage as determined by primary work location. Therapists completing a pediatric rotation work under the supervision of a CCS therapist if not CCS paneled.
Salary range: 48.52-63.91 hourly
Job Qualifications

- Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification
- Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
- More than 2 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2 title.
