Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Primary functions are to provide applicable physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses. Major duties include:  patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments). Required to float to 3 locations in Santa Monica and Westwood. 

 Salary: $74.14 - $92.68 /hour

Job Qualifications

  • Required to float to 3 locations in Santa Monica and Westwood
  • Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification.
  • More than 5 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2, Per Diem title
