As our Position Management Specialist, you will assist the HR Service Center Position Management (PM) Team and be responsible for providing information and assistance to departmental users and team transactors with regard to managing, analyzing, reviewing, performing updates and post-audit review of positions in all HR systems for approximately 30,000 plus employees from Ronald Reagan Medical Center, Santa Monica Hospital, Faculty Practice Group, David Geffen School of Medicine and West Valley Medical Center.
Salary Range: $30.56 to $60.82 Hourly.
Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- At least 1 year experience with Position Management or related HR transactional processes. Experience with PeopleSoft/UCPath Preferred.
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Exceptional attention to detail and delivery of world class service
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge base of UC policy, contracts and UCPath SOPs preferred
