You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.
Salary range: 59.46-88.39 hourly

We’re seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional who is ready to join our team with:
- Current valid California RN license required
- BSN or MSN required
- 1 years of previous RN experience, required
- BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required
- Conducts and collaborates patient assessment regarding musculoskeletal issues, mobility abilities, and pain levels to create informed treatment plans.
- Understands postoperative care such as for fracture repairs or joint replacements, monitors patients for signs of infection and provides wound care.
- Provides rehabilitation support and works closely with physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries. Teaches patients mobility exercises or providing recovery support
- Advocate and help manage patients’ pain by administering medication and offering nonpharmacological pain relief therapeutics such as heat and cold therapy.
