The RN Practice Coordinator (RNPC) will oversee and lead the clinical practice of medical assistants and nurses across multiple clinics on the Central Coast. This role involves managing initial and ongoing competency assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational outcomes. The RNPC will provide clinical guidance, support, and training ensuring best practices are upheld across clinics. Additionally, the RNPC will foster a collaborative environment, support professional development, and lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance clinical standards.
Salary range: 140,200-331,800 annual
Job Qualifications

- CA RN License
- BLS from AHA or ARC
- BSN (MSN preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years nursing supervision/management
- Ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience required
- Ability to creatively integrate competing demands of an outpatient setting into a productive working environment
- Skill and experience in developing Quality Improvement.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the Electronic Health Records, (EPIC) preferred.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours given adequate notice and in alignment with job demands.
- Ability to travel to multiple clinics.
