Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Join our Clinical Neurosciences team as a Sleep Laboratory Manager, providing critical oversight and support to ensure the highest quality of care and operational excellence. Reporting to the Medical Director and Director of Clinical Neurosciences, you’ll lead a skilled team and manage the daily operations of a cutting-edge facility dedicated to advancing sleep medicine.

As the Sleep Laboratory Manager, you will supervise technical and administrative staff, evaluating their performance, monitoring workflows, and implementing procedures to ensure optimal efficiency. You will oversee lab operations, including budget preparation and analysis, payroll, inventory control, and special projects, while driving continuous improvements. In this role, you will collaborate with divisional offices to collect data, coordinate timely project completion, and support departmental initiatives.

In addition to managing staffing, recruitment, and human resources processes, you will provide strategic support to the Clinical Neurophysiology leadership team, contributing to the overall management of the department.

Salary Range: $102,500-227,700/year 

Job Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree or equivilent experience is required, while a master’s degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) preferred. 
  • Strong background in sleep laboratory operations, including compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements (e.g., AASM, Joint Commission) highly preferred 
  • Expertise in polysomnographic testing, scoring, and sleep study interpretation.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, payroll management, and inventory control to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Experience implementing and improving workflows, protocols, and operational procedures in a clinical setting.
  • Strong data analysis skills to track and report performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and evaluate technical and administrative staff.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, and HR processes, including scheduling and performance management.
