Join UCLA Health as a Warehouse Supply Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our hospitals and clinics receive the essential supplies needed for exceptional patient care. Working primarily in a warehouse environment, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, processing orders, and delivering supplies and equipment to UCLA Health’s hospitals and ambulatory clinics. This role involves loading shipments onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock, and labeling outgoing parcels.
Additionally, you will utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and mobile scanners for efficient inventory management while also operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, 30-foot order pickers, and UCLA vehicles to transport supplies. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment is essential. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, familiarity with inventory management systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Salary Range: $23.97-29.79/hour

Required:
- Current CA Driver's License with good driving record (subject to DMV Pull).
- Pallet Jack Certification.
- Ability to operate a University vehicle to deliver supplies to multiple off-site locations.
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to utilize heavy duty transport carts, furniture dollies, supply dollies, order picker, cargo van, box truck, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and forklift.
- Ability to understand and adhere to the healthcare regulations for infection control.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of materials management information system and other vendor software.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to understand and adhere to Materials Management / Receiving and UCLA Policies and procedures
- Demonstrated communications skills, ability to maintain good guest relations interdepartmentally, intra-departmentally, using English language in both written and verbal format.
- Demonstrate good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a diverse environment including co-workers, patients, and family members, in a courteous and respectful manner.
