Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Orthopaedic Surgery department is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to assist our Finance Department. You will assist with various financial tasks and projects. You will assist the Purchasing Team with gathering data for reports, projects, and process improvements. In addition you will assist with data cleaning and validation.

Salary range: $17.30/hr - $25/hr

Please note, this is a student position

Job Qualifications

Must be a current UCLA Student

Ability to proofread very detailed materials

Ability to organize and track multiple records and requests

Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff

Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks

Strong communication skills to interact with others
