Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Our UCLA Health Community Clinics is seeking a part-time Student Worker to support our Orthopedic Clinic in Santa Monica. Our Clinic provides orthopedic care for patients with new injuries affecting a bone, joint, tendon, or muscle. Primary responsibilities include: 
  • Copying and organizing medical records
  • Faxing, mailing, and iCapping documents
  • Categorizing and filing records
  • Data entry and uploading imaging
  • Delivering items within the clinic
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Salary range: $24/hr - $47/hr

Please note, you must be a currently enrolled UCLA Student

Job Qualifications

Must be a currently registered UCLA student
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with individuals and groups
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Please note: Skills are subject to testing
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexible and able to accommodate varying work schedules
