Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Department of Medicine is looking for motivated student workers to support our faculty statisticians and research analysts on important, grant-funded projects. If you’re interested in contributing to impactful research, learning about data management, and gaining hands-on experience in a research environment, we encourage you to apply. Hourly range: $17.30-$25.00

Job Qualifications

Required: 

  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, facsimile machine.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Experience working independently with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and editing correspondence and written materials.
  • Ability to multi-task under deadline, balance competing priorities and solve problems creatively
  • Knowledge of PCs, windows operation system, and related word processing and spreadsheet software (such as MS Word, Access, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents.
  • Registered as a UC Student
