The Systems Performance Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and performance reporting of key enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Salesforce and Qualtrics. This role serves as a critical liaison between operational teams, leadership, and technical partners to ensure workflows, access controls, reporting, and dashboards are aligned with organizational goals. The position emphasizes system governance, performance analytics, continuous improvement, and scalable process design across multiple specialties. Works closely with Director of Capacity Management to coordinate build implementation guidelines.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5+ years experience administering ServiceNow and/or Salesforce
